NovaSapien Labs started with a simple observation: the team that builds your product and the team that markets it almost never talk. So products ship that nobody can find, and campaigns run for features that were never built to convert.

We put both on one team. Engineers who ship production AI, and growth marketers who make sure the answer engines — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews — recommend what we built. The result compounds: what we ship is discoverable, and what we market actually exists.

We're based in Boulder, Colorado, we keep teams small and senior, and we measure everything. If we can't move a number, we'll tell you before you sign.

Joshua Groth

Joshua is the founder and CEO of NovaSapien Labs. He works hands-on with owner-led businesses across Colorado's Front Range and delivers the studio's value-first Growth Snapshot — the field work behind the 70 Front Range businesses in the studio's AI Visibility Index. He also runs Wild Sky Paragliding in Boulder, which puts him on both sides of the problem this studio solves, and which is why the Wild Sky case study on this site is published as a disclosed founder-owned engagement rather than an independent client reference.

Sujan Bhuiyan

Sujan is Technology Director for Client Solutions at NovaSapien Labs, where he builds the AI products and GEO systems behind the studio's work. He built the free AI visibility audit on this site — 26 scored checks across eight dimensions — and the scoring rubric it publishes. The Front Range AI Visibility Index is the field data that work is measured against; its grades came out of the Growth Snapshot pipeline rather than a repeatable automated harness, which the Index states, with its limits, on its own page.

Miles Higgins

Miles is Client Success Manager at NovaSapien Labs and the day-to-day contact for the businesses the studio works with. That means turning audit findings into a plan an owner can act on, keeping an engagement moving once it starts, and checking that the work shows up where customers actually look — the Google Business Profile, the review platforms, and the answer engines themselves.
