Cookie Policy

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies novasapienlabs.com uses, and how you can control them. It's a plain-English summary, not legal advice.

The short version

We keep tracking to a minimum and we never sell your data. A small amount of essential local storage runs the site, and cookieless analytics tell us how pages perform in aggregate. Anything that can set a cookie is off until you opt in.

What we use

• Essential (always on). Local storage for your theme choice (light/dark) and your cookie-consent decision. Without these the site can't remember your preferences.
• Analytics (cookieless, always on). Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights measure page views and performance in aggregate. They do not use cookies and do not identify you personally.
• Marketing & measurement (only if you accept). If you choose "Accept all", we load Google Tag Manager, which lets us run measurement tags for our own marketing. These tags can set cookies in your browser and share data with Google. If you choose "Essential only", Google Tag Manager is never loaded and we clear any Google analytics cookies we find.
• No data sales. We don't sell your data to third parties.

How consent is enforced

We use Google Consent Mode v2 with every storage signal — advertising, analytics, and personalization — set to denied by default. The Google Tag Manager script is only added to the page after you grant consent, and withdrawing consent sends a "denied" update and deletes the Google analytics cookies we can reach.

Forms you submit

When you submit the contact, audit, or newsletter forms, the details you provide are sent to our email/audience provider (Resend) so we can respond. See our Privacy Policy.

Managing your choices

You can change your consent any time using the Cookie preferences control (also in the footer), or by clearing this site's storage in your browser settings. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies and storage globally.
